At AUTHENTIC Birth Co, I believe in genuine and sincere relationships. You can be open in your dreams, strengths, and desires, and also with your questions, worries, and fears. The path to birth can be a winding one at times, so having dedicated support from someone who has professional training and experience can be incredibly helpful. And there's no judgement or expectations here. You'll be fully supported as you explore and make the best choices for you and your family.
I will support you emotionally, physically, and educationally throughout your BIRTH journey. Before the big day, we'll prep and plan together, including your partner, to find what's best for you! When in labor, I'll come ready when you need me. You'll have my full commitment and focus in helping you navigate the birth of your sweet baby! Whether it be counterpressure for comfort, words of encouragement, relaxing massage, warm compresses, or progressive position changes, a doula has many things to offer!
The COLLECTIVE is the heart of Authentic Birth Co. I believe in the strength of community and that pregnancy and motherhood are not meant to be done alone. This is an optional space for mamas to come together to learn, grow, and support one another! I’m so honored to be able to offer and host this benefit to all mamas at Authentic Birth Co.

Hi! I'm so glad you're here!
As a wife, mother of 4, therapist, and doula, I'm extremely passionate about supporting parents through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. While every journey is different, everyone can benefit from knowledge, encouragement, and continuous support to navigate it with confidence. I'm incredibly thankful to carry four positive and empowering birth stories with me, which is ultimately my hope for all.
This "work" has my full heart, and brings me an incredible amount of joy. I love learning allll things about birth, I believe our bodies and our babies are amazing, and I also believe in the value of a supportive team surrounding you! As a mom, and doula- I believe this season requires all of you- Mind, Body, Heart, and Soul- and I provide wholehearted support which encompasses all. Your birth story is one you'll carry forever, so my hope is that it's respected, empowering, and fully supported!
I'm a Certified Birth Doula through DONA International and Certified VBAC Doula through The VBAC Link. With experience supporting many types of births both in hospitals and at home, I am a full supporter of your personal desires, goals, and needs. I'm also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly two decades of experience. I have specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International.

Authentic Birth Co provides in-person doula support to Northwest Georgia and Southeast TN. I serve clients within an approximate radius of 60 miles of Dalton, GA. This includes Chattanooga, TN, Cleveland, TN, Dalton, GA, Chatsworth, GA, Calhoun, GA, Rome, GA, Cartersville, GA and surrounding cities.
